Ms. Bhutto is always careful about a proper Muslim appearance, even in the US. If she were in her home casually dressed, and someone was snapping photos of her like this, she would of course have him shot, and the photo would be burned. Therefore, I conclude that Ms. Bhutto's face has been electronically "attached" to this this woman's body (using Photoshop or similar software), or it is just someone who bears a facial resemblance to Ms. Bhutto, but is simply some other woman. The long fingers of the left hand, and the gesture certainly seems characteristic of Ms. Bhutto, so I believe if her her face was added to someone else's body, the left hand and the gesture were also added from the same original photo. Finding an original photo of Ms. Bhutto with precisely this same expression and gesture and taken from precisely the same angle should prove this photo was faked. Of course I do not rule out the possibility that like some women her age (she is 54), and after three children, she still looks great and wanted everybody to know it.
